Door/Van Delivery: Suitable for inflated balloons

Customer is advised to use this service for bulk orders and inflated balloons.
All orders including inflated balloons will be delivered in a single trip to save cost for customers.
Should any customers need certain items earlier, other than balloons, the batch of orders should be submitted separately, without the balloons.

Delivery fee is FREE for purchase above $200

Standard delivery hours are from 10am to 6pm, any deliveries outside the stated standard timing shall subject to surcharges and availability, please call 96993467 to enquire for out of scope delivery time slot.

As delivery slots are limited, we encourage you to book up to 3 days in advance.

Self-Collection:

  • Self-collection is at our store only. No meet-ups at other places.
  • Kindly allow 1 working day for order processing or call 96993467 if we can make a last minute request for your collection.
  • All payments to be made in advanced via PayPal, Bank transfer, DBS PayLah or PayNow prior collection or delivery.

Online collection of balloons will start from 10am and ends at 6pm daily.

Kindly adhere to your stipulated pick-up time as we might be out for setup at certain time of the day without prior notices. Do call us at 96993467 should you are planning for early or late collection so that you do not come while we are away for setup.

Exchange/Refund Policy

For manufacturing / factory defects, kindly return to the store for 1 to 1 exchange within 3 days from the date of purchased, should the item is no longer available for exchange, you may opt to have another item of the same value or simply top up the difference.

For those whom might be unaware, balloons do POPPED! While we aim to provide premium quality for all our balloons, some balloons may popped or deflated prematurely as there are many factors that could have causes it, ie. warm temperature in an enclosed room or car (especially HELIUM balloons – cold contract, hot expand), sharp objects, frictions and rough handling, incorrect way of inflating the balloons (especially foil/mylar balloons)

Reminder: Balloons are decorative and fragile products, they are not intended to be hit like a ball, kick it or any similar sorts of handling.

It is in regrets to inform that once the balloons left our shop, delivered and received in good conditions, MR Party will not be liable for any damages thereafter due to the nature of the products.

No cash refund will be made.

Order Cancellation / Postpone / Amendments

MR Party will only provide store credit refund (validity 3 months), which may be use for other different occasions (except Personalised Products/Balloons) for order cancellation due to any reasons, from intended date of collection/delivery.

For Postponing of balloons collection or delivery, kindly inform our team via whatsapp 1 day before. Last minute notice (on day of delivery/collection) will be deemed canceled and refund will not be made.

Any amendments to the order (change of collection time, delivery address, balloon colours, Personalised text on balloon) to be notified in written via email (sales@mrparty.com.sg) or WhatsApp (96993467), stating order number and amendments details. Last minute amendments to the order is subject to availability and fees imposed.

Product Colours

Website and all collateral images are for illustration purposes only.

Actual colour of the product may vary slightly from the website images due to lighting / monitor screen issues.

In the event that any products are unavailable / sold out, we will contact the customer and propose substitutions before proceeding with the delivery / shipping, refund will be made accordingly should the substitutions fails, at MR PARTY discretion.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Orders that contains helium filled latex balloons should be delivered TWO hour before the event commences as Latex balloons generally floats best at the initial 6hrs.

No delivery service available for Pulau Ubin, Tuas and Jurong Island due to accessibility.

For delivery of 101pcs (or equivalent) of 12″ Helium balloons and above, delivery fee is $50/trip.
